Standard booking is weekly
Shorter stays on request (minimum of 2 nights or 3 nights during peak periods)
To confirm a reservation a deposit of 25% is required
Balance of payment is required 2 weeks before commencement of stay
In the case of a cancellation:
- your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $25 handling fee, if cancelled more than 30 days before the commencement of your proposed stay
- if cancelled within 30 days or less of commencement of your stay, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee, only when and if the house is re-let for the period of the proposed occupancy
Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am. These times may be varied depending on availability
Smoking is only allowed outside the house
